We met Monica Arrendondo-Graham at an open house that she was hosting in Cleveland Heights, when we stopped in on a whim as we were driving through the Grant Deming's Forest Hill Neighborhood admiring the beautiful houses. We found her to be absolutely delightful and asked her to show us a few houses in the coming weeks, Even though, at the time, we decided it really wasn't good timing for us to make a move just yet, Monica was always gracious, helpful and understanding of our decision. Then about a year and a half later we did decide it was a good time to make a move, so naturally, we contact Monica again. She was just as wonderful to work with then as she was the first time. She happily showed us some homes in Cleveland Heights. Monica is very knowledgable about this area, fair pricing and going to bat for her clients. She was just wonderful to work with, we felt like she was more of a friend than a business associate. We would highly recommend Monica to everyone.
