Yes, you CAN safely buy or sell a home right now, despite the current changes to our lives!

Every day, I'm helping clients put their houses on the market or find the home they've always been looking for, despite the current health crisis. Realtors with Berkshire Hathaway have several tools at their disposal to keep transactions moving along with observing public health protocols and keeping clients as safe as possible: 1.  Electronic transactions that are safe and secure.   We can now do all transactions required in the purchase or sale of a home -- including the signing of documents --safely and securely through with our Dotloop transaction system.

2. In addition, we are working with lenders and title companies to offer full remote closings so that neither buyer nor seller has to come to a gathering for the purpose of closing on the home.

3. We've long done do remote showings using existing methods -- things like 3D home tours, Facetime, Google Hangouts, etc.  If you're selling you home with us, you have the option of creating a 3D tour which allows a potential buyer to virtually tour the home without having to be there in person. It’s an immersive, realistic experience and it’s a technology that we have been using for years.

4. When necessary (and allowed by law), in-person showings are conducted in compliance with all public health protocols ordered by the State of Ohio health department. Currently, those include social distancing, hand washing and frequent cleaning of high-traffic areas and touch spots 5. Clear and timely communication with clients are always a hallmark of my work (see testimonials), During this period of social distancing,  you can count on me to be in touch and available as often as you need me, using  the method of digital communication you prefer, whether that be phone, text, or email.
